Shipping and Refund Policy

Local shipping

Delivery within Riyadh is 25 SR and receive in the same day.

The shipping cost is 35 SR, and FREE when you spend over 500 SR.

Delivery time takes 1-5 working days, orders are not shipped on Friday and holidays.

All orders are processed within 1-2 days, however, some orders may take longer time to be processed. 

International shipping

Shipping cost is calculated by weight, please contact us to get the best price 

 

 

 

Entering the correct address and contact number is the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for not receiving or delaying the receipt of the shipment due to an error in the customer's data.

Follow-up of the shipment with the shipping company is the responsibility of the customer. Calls and messages from shipping company must be answered.

Sometimes shipments may be delayed for few days due to large number of orders, we will contact you in case there is a significant delay in shipping your order.

For logistical reasons, your order may be sent in more than one shipment.

  

Exchange and Return Policy

To exchange or return a product, the customer will pay the shipping cost.

In the event that the customer receives the order incomplete, wrong or damaged, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order so we can send a replacement shipment without paying additional shipping cost. The invoice must be attached and the original packaging of the product to be replaced or returned must be kept. When we receive the product, it will be checked to ensure its safety and is in the original condition, then the value of the product will be transferred to the original payment method, bearing in mind that some banks need several days to be able to return the amount to your account.
