Shipping policy
We are proud to offer international shipping and local services that currently operate in over 200 countries and islands worldwide. Nothing means more to us than bringing our customers great value and service. We will continue to grow to meet the needs of all our customers, delivering a service beyond all expectation anywhere in the world.
All orders are processed within 1-5 business days, however, some orders may take longer time to be processed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Entering the correct address and contact number is the responsibility of the customer, and we will not be responsibe for not receiving the shipment due to an error in the customer's data.
Follow-up of the shipment with the shipping company is the responsibility of the customer and must respond to calls or messages from the shipping company.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
